The knife positioned to twist in the flesh of a hamburger punctuates a drawn out beard.  Gingerly the burger is deconstructed. Falling from great heights with.some accuracy, the coordinates emblazoned on the T-shirt hint at how high.  The transition from nights of below freezing temperatures to days over 30 degrees Celsius was both traumatic and shocking. There is a viciousness about hunger when you get four meals a day!  On the walkway below the elevator (think helicopter sauna) a burdened Sherpa makes tracks to the waiting transport.
