It is another Saturday morning. The market pours fresh produce into the square. Produce that might make Keystone look like a commercial farm. Radishe, green onion, celeric, turnip and even cucumber all cropped and laid out for sale. A colourful presentation for a Saturday morning. Some where I smell the artisan bread and fresh cinnamon rolls.
After sundown and many hours of preparation the freshest of ingredients are spread on oversized tacos shells — a choice of flavours that will make any pizza blush.
On the sidelines — cadets, training for some anti-something activity. As one t-shirt said, “ You are on the fun side of the wall.”
