Carved into a warehouse space this whitewashed restaurant serves some of the most colourful dishes a blackboard could serve in Puerto Vallarta.  Called after the pale milk, La Leche is more than a fashion statement it is an introduction to all that is sim[ple and ordinary.  We sat and savoured.  Shared story and remembered that this place was exactly the same as when we first found it some 5 years ago.

This was more than a visit.  This was homecoming for non-athletes.  And there on the way out the cheering section.

Pictures of food or plate displays would never do this place justice.  This was a chef’s dream in an architectural marvel!
